Conjured by locally-owned Hokum Wares just for our little bookshop, this gorgeous cold process bar of soap features a rich golden-yellow & deep gray coloration. Charcoal and pumpkin puree have blended together in this bastille recipe along with fuller's earth clay, tea tree and lemongrass essential oil to create a gentle but powerfully cleansing bar. A small batch offering, these bars are made in single loaves and once they're gone, they're gone!
*Will discolor a light-colored washcloth.
Each bar is carefully shrink-wrapped and weighs 4.5 oz.
A note from the maker: All of Hokum Wares cold process soap are blended by hand in small batches with a recipe that I have crafted over many years. No two bars are alike in design, but all bars contain the same skin-loving oils, butters, and additives that produce a lovely addition to your daily showering rituals. As with all soap, keeping the bar raised on a dish without water and allowing it to air dry between uses will result in a longer-lasting bar. Let it completely air dry in between uses.
